1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ATRI Index (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Description of Service
ATRI Index provides a searchable index of Ayurveda research titles and clinical trial records aggregated from publicly available national academic and clinical registries. We do not own the underlying research; we index metadata to facilitate discovery.
3. Free and Premium Access
ATRI Index operates under a tiered access model. Each new visitor is granted an introductory quota of search requests to evaluate the Platform.
- Upon exhausting the introductory allowance, continued access requires a valid premium subscription.
- Deliberate circumvention of access controls or quotas constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Premium subscriptions are assigned on a per-user basis and may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned without explicit authorisation.
4. Permitted Use
You may use ATRI Index for:
- Personal, academic, or professional research purposes
- Identifying relevant Ayurveda research for citation or literature review
- Institutional research discovery under an active institutional plan
5. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction protocols
- Reproducing, redistributing, or commercialising indexed metadata without prior written consent
- Reverse-engineering the Platform to construct a competing database or similar service
- Transmitting search vectors at a volume that undermines the operational stability of the Platform infrastructure
- Any attempt to bypass security perimeters, authentication layers, or usage limit governance
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ATRI Index is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the indexed data. Research records are sourced from third-party registries and may contain errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
ATRI Index and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Effective Date: April 2026.
