2. Indexed Research Content
ATRI Index aggregates and displays metadata (titles, scholar names, departments, institutions, registration numbers, etc.) from publicly available national academic and clinical registries. The underlying research works are the intellectual property of their respective authors, institutions, and publishers.
- ATRI Index does not claim ownership of any indexed research title, thesis, or clinical trial record
- We present metadata for discovery and reference purposes only
- For access to full research documents, users should contact the originating institution or registry directly
3. Permitted Use of Indexed Data
Users may:
- View and reference individual research records for personal or academic use
- Cite ATRI Index as a discovery tool in academic work (with appropriate credit)
- Share individual search results via manual means (screenshots, links)
Users may not:
- Bulk download, scrape, or systematically extract data from the index
- Reproduce or republish the aggregated dataset or any substantial portion of it
- Use the indexed data to build a competing product or commercial database

The name "ATRI Index", the ATRI Index logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of ATRI Index. They may not be used without prior written consent from ATRI Index in any commercial or promotional context.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on ATRI Index infringes your copyright or the copyright of a third party, please contact us at atriindex@vaidyatva.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The specific URL or record on ATRI Index where the infringement occurs
- Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
We will investigate all notices promptly and take appropriate action, including removal of content where warranted.
6. Effective Date
